The Fishermans Cottage is situated in the heart of Rye Beach and all that Rye has to offer.

The Hotel and RSL are just a few minutes walk away as well numerous cafes, restaurants and specialty shops.

The original one bedroom cottage (circa 1930) has been recently renovated and extended and comfortably sleeps 9 people in 3 bedrooms.

  • The master bedroom has a queen size bed and is situated in the original house, with an ensuite and WIR
  • The second bedroom has sleeping for three in a set of single bunks and King single bed.
  • The third bedroom has sleeping for 4 people in a double/single bunk and a single bed.

The spacious main bathroom has all new fittings as does the laundry with a water saving front loader washing machine.

There are 2 living areas with an extensive out- door entertaining area on a large north facing deck- all situated on a large tea treed block which is securely fenced, perfect for your pet.

All linen and towels are included.

A porta cot is available on request.

Entertaining is a breeze in the new s/s kitchen, with an island breakfast bar, new dishwasher and s/s oven and gas top cooker.

There is room for everyone around a large dining table and if you need peace and quiet, just shut the door to a second lounge area and enjoy a DVD or your favourite TV program or relax with that book that you have trying to read !!

This house has been built and furnished with relaxation in mind and is perfect for a family or a group of friends wanting a stress free holiday.

Minimum booking length is 2 nights
